What is a virtual tour?

A virtual tour is a simulated first-person view of your Wedding Venue allowing couples to move through your spaces by viewing a series of 360° panoramic images. Each panoramic image is produced from a number of still photographs stitched together to form an uninterrupted view of a given location – this is called a “photosphere”. We create as many photospheres as is necessary to showcase your venue and all the facilities you offer.

What devices can be used to view my virtual tour?

All our new tours can be viewed on any device with an internet connection. So, you can conveniently view at work from your PC/Mac, from the comfort of your home on an iPad/Tablet, or while you are out and about on your smart phone. Your smart phone can also be inserted into a VR headset viewer to give you the virtual reality experience. Wedding Venues 360 also offers a pre-loaded VR Headset with built-in screen, which allows you to experience your venue in virtual reality without the need of an internet connection – ideal for Wedding Fairs and exhibitions.

How much does it cost to produce a virtual tour for my Wedding Venue?

Each Wedding Venue is unique and offers its own distinctive range of facilities from ceremony right through to guest accommodation. As you would expect, our prices can vary quite dramatically depending on the size of the virtual tour. E.g., a wedding venue that has one ceremony space and one room for celebrating will require a lot less photography than a venue that offers multiple rooms, outdoor facilities and accommodation.

Our Wedding Package starts at £1275 +VAT. This includes up to 6 spaces from around your venue (e.g., Indoor Ceremony, Outdoor Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast, Reception, Bridal Accommodation, Guest Accommodation), and includes up to 60 photospheres. Each additional photosphere is charged at £27.50 +VAT.

How long does it take to produce a virtual tour of my venue?

Following your initial consultation, and once you’ve agreed dates and the costing for your project, there are two stages to producing a virtual tour for your Wedding Venue:

PHOTOSHOOT

The first stage is the photoshoot to capture all the images for the venue. We will spend one or two days with you, depending on what images you want captured and to give you time to set-up rooms in a specific way. During the photoshoot, our photographer will be available to shoot day and night, if you require transition shots. We will be as flexible as required to get the shots that we need. The actual photography is relatively quick once each space is ready for shooting.

PRODUCTION

Production can commence as soon as you have committed to the project. We can build the framework of your tour, incorporating your logo and branding into the skin and menus of the virtual tour. Upon completion of your photoshoot, a highly skilled producer will manually work on each image removing any unwanted images (such as the tripod) and imperfections, ensuring the utmost quality throughout. We then assemble your photospheres within the framework, making sure that navigation is both seamless and intuitive. Your tour will be ready for sign-off within 10 days of your photoshoot.

Why do I need a virtual tour for my Wedding Venue?

Virtual Tours are fast becoming a mainstream marketing solution for many businesses and your target audience now expecting to see them on the websites they are visiting. Couples aged 18 to 34 are 130% more likely to purchase from a business if there is a virtual tour if there is a virtual tour on the company website.

Irrespective of how many photographs or videos you have on your website, couples will only get the feeling of actually being in your location from the virtual tour. By allowing your website visitors to explore your space in 360°, you can dramatically reduce your bounce rate, a major factor in search engine optimisation (SEO). You will save time by reducing the number of on-site tours to couples who could have discovered much sooner that the venue wasn’t right for them.

Couples who are not local to your Wedding Venue will have the ability to explore your spaces from wherever they are in the world, simultaneously increasing your geographical reach and reducing the necessity for couples to make multiple onsite visits.

7

Can you also capture the outdoor spaces of my Wedding Venue?

Unlike other Virtual Tour providers, we positively encourage outdoor shots. Like you, we know the important role that your outdoor spaces play in winning potential couples – the wow factor of a driveway, the romantic setting of an outdoor ceremony, those amazing photo opportunities. We use a high quality 360° camera that captures 8K photographs, rather than a 3D digital scanner.

Why should your couples miss out on experiencing your outdoor spaces?

So, what is the “Live Guided Tour” all about?

Even though virtual tours are a relatively new marketing tool for Wedding Venues, we have introduced a facility that is already a step change in this field. With our Live Guided Tours facility, you can connect via video conference directly from inside your virtual tour. You can synchronise your screen with your couples’ screens and give them a tour of the venue, just as you would do with an onsite tour.

Imaging being able to provide a show around of your venue when it is always fully dressed and looking its best. Imagine that your accommodation is always available to view at once. Imagine being able to guide couples around your venue when they are not even in the country. Imagine being able to hold a virtual open day as often as you like to as many couples as you like.

You don’t have to imagine, with our Live Guided Tours, all of this is possible. Get in touch for a demonstration.
